We are so excited to welcome you to Cambridge on the 29th-31st July! Please read the information below and do get in touch if you have any questions. If you have had an abstract accepted, in the abstract aceptance email there should be the day and type of presentation you have been offered.
Schedule to be found here, please note it is not fully finalised, but the start and end of each day is fixed and we will not move the days people are presenting on without contacting first. Lunch and tea, coffee and biscuits 3 times a day is included.
Please ensure your presentation is 15mins long, there will then be 2-3 mins for questions.
Please send your slides to the YSM email address by the 17th July. We will then have them ready to go for when you present. Please send either a pdf or a PowerPoint, we encourage pdf so the slides look as you want them and there are no formatting problems due to different versions of PowerPoint etc.

The YSM annual conference social event is a 3 course formal dinner at St Johns College Cambridge on Thursday 30th July starting at 19:00pm. Please not this had to be pre-booked at registration for an additional cost.
